Additional Value-Added House Moving Services
'House Doctor'
Our house doctor service prepares your property for sale in order to maximise its sales value and help expedite an early sale. This can involve as little as a tidy up to a lick of paint here and there to a complete change of colour scheme.
Redecorations
Using our local knowledge and contacts we are happy to project manage any redecorations or refurbishments required in either property. We will happily source fabrics, furniture, etc according to your brief and help you create an overall interior design for your home.
Additional Escorted Viewings
Any escorted viewings over and above the 5 included in the Deluxe package will be charged at an hourly rate.
Home Preparation (Viewing Days)
If you would like us to prepare your home for viewing over and above the 5 included in the Deluxe package these will be charged at an hourly rate.
Full Unpack
We offer a full unpacking service to include:
Furniture placement based on room plans to ensure your new home looks just how you want it.
Use of photographs to guarantee that display cabinet items are correctly placed.
There is a logical order to placing possessions in the home. Most of the decision-making is done prior to the day of move but if we find an item is difficult to place we will put to one side for your direction.
You can leave us to organise your new home if you wish, allowing you to go and have a fun day in the beauty spa or on the golf course!
We will endeavour to complete your house unpack within 2 days of your move date.
Change of Address
In addition to notifying utility providers, we can also write to all your personal and other priority contacts.
Installation of Telephone/Broadband/Satellite TV Services
We are happy to arrange for these services to be connected on your behalf.
Education
We will gladly supply up to date information on local schools or nurseries and their current availability.
Gardening
If necessary, we will organise garden tidies at either property around the move.
Housekeeping
If required, we can source housekeeping services (cleaners/gardeners/maintenance men) for your ongoing convenience.
Local Services
We will prepare a portfolio of local services to help settle you into your new area.
