| Prepare the property for sale on viewing days to show it at its most presentable (up to 5 viewings) | |
| Create an inventory of furniture and goods that you do not wish to take with you to your new home and help dispose of these for maximum cash benefit to you | |
| Provide packing service, wherever possible using biodegradable materials that offer no threat to the environment. | |
| Arrange removal of your belongings to the new property or into storage (fees not included) | |
| Notify change of address and meter readings to utility companies, arranging disconnection where necessary | |
