"If I choose your Standard package can I add on any number of extra modules?"
Yes, our service is always tailored to the needs of our clients. Our standard package offers our minimum level of service and of course you can add whichever of our bespoke modules you require.
"I am planning to move from Bath to Edinburgh, can you help?"
Currently, we are only able to take care of the outgoing part of your move but would gladly create a bespoke solution for you based around the sale and packing up of your existing property.
We will organise a removal company to take your belongings to your new home in Edinburgh but would be unable to assist you at the other end.
"Do I have to be around on moving day?"
No, you can hand us your keys and give us authority to collect your new ones and we will handle the entire move for you. As long as we have discussed room plans with you in advance, and know where you wish your belongings to go in your new home, we will place everything accordingly.
"What happens to all the paper and cartons?"
We will pre-arrange with you where best to store until such time as the removal company can come and collect. We will flat pack all the materials used for ease of storage and make the arrangements for collection.
"If my house move takes place on a Friday afternoon are you able to do a complete unpack over the weekend?"
Yes, we are prepared to work at weekends but we would add a surcharge.
"How can I convince my elderly mother to use your service?"
We offer a helping hand service to guide our clients through what often seems too daunting a process to undertake alone. In this regard, we pay special attention to the needs and concerns of any elderly person living alone. We are personable, trustworthy people who really care about the welfare of our clients and will always go that extra mile to dispel any anxiety.
"If I pay my deposit to you and the sale of my property falls through, will I lose my money?"
We will hold your deposit against any future sale so no, you won't lose your money.
"Can you recommend a solicitor?"
No, we are unable to make recommendations because we are not authorised to do so. We can however assist you by providing a list of all local solicitors.
