Pre move
Liaise with estate agents to source a short list of suitable properties to your specification and conduct escorted viewings of selected properties (up to 5 properties) yes

Prepare the property for sale on viewing days to show it at its most presentable (up to 5 viewings) yes
Create an inventory of furniture and goods that you do not wish to take with you to your new home and help dispose of these for maximum cash benefit to you yes
Provide packing service, wherever possible using biodegradable materials that offer no threat to the environment. yes
Arrange removal of your belongings to the new property or into storage (fees not included) yes
Notify change of address and meter readings to utility companies, arranging disconnection where necessary yes

On the day before move
